Yeah I did pad it up at the beginning, which is actually why the first few chapters of the highest quality. In the end I just said screw it and made a borderline shitpost chapter, and I was actually pretty satisfied with the result.

One of the most entertaining pieces I've read in the contest, and, to be honest, this site in general. My only gripe with it is that this doesn't feel like a complete story, but rather an arc (a small one, even) of the story (this could be easily alluded to the small time window of the contest, plus you've said more would come in the future so it's not too bad). Would definitely check it out if/once more comes.
