It's the climax of the volume, not of the whole story I didn't want a montage because everything that happens here is important for the narrative and for the character arcs This and the next chapter set up the rest of the story
Well I would probably have more people getting upset if she stripped off their underwears too lol It wasn't meant to be fanservice, unless you just see it like that I've stripped for doctor appointments before, this is no different Sanae can't sense curses, she needs to see them visually, so that's why she needed to check her whole body for any curses too during the ritual
Oh, that's a good idea too But I prefer more complex storylines with dynamic characters, so I opted for something less streamlined It's not really supposed to be some generic bad experience at the start of the isekai, but more like the climax of the volume.
The knot she tied around her arm was to stop the curse from spreading higher to her head, ahead of time She needed rags to make a knot, so she tore away her clothes since it was an emergency, and she would need to see the curse mark progress on her body once the ritual finishes Same thing with Daichi. His clothes needed to come off so Sanae could see far along the curse marks had gotten on his body.
Hmmm I wonder if Annika saw Suvi leave Kwan's room. That would be the usual romance trope at least Or maybe Annika and Suvi met somehow hmm

Yeah, he's a curious fella Sort of alike to Daichi like that Helps gives characters more agency I think if they're willing to question the world they're a part of

So Kwan was still loyal to Annika until he met Suvi huh Must be quite the gal But dang, I hope Kwan or Suvi are fans of Gentleman of the Apocalypse too. Seems like a book they'd enjoy

Wholly molly, I'm super impressed someone remembered that roller coaster rumor the narrator mentioned a while ago! Thanks for reading the story so thoroughly Sanae and Daichi obviously have feelings for each other, but it might be a while before we see how far their bond goes from here
Timeskip timeskip timeskip wooooo But it seems Kasumi won the shipping wars so hard that Grace literally died 😭 Though she lives on in dreams and helps other people out now Reminds me of like The Fairly Odd Parents when the fairies move onto new people that may need assistance more than the main character now Solid story. Cool cast of characters. Only thing I'm kinda iffy on is suddenly making it like a sci-fi story towards the end. Makes it seem a little deux ex machina to explain stuff, but I'm sure everything was planned from the start at least But yeah, been a pretty fun ride overall. Haru's grown a lot here by the end, and now it's time Grace go to help others. Maybe I'll see Grace in my dreams someday
