It wasn't meant to be fanservice, unless you just see it like that
I've stripped for doctor appointments before, this is no different
Sanae can't sense curses, she needs to see them visually, so that's why she needed to check her whole body for any curses too during the ritual

Oh, that's a good idea too
But I prefer more complex storylines with dynamic characters, so I opted for something less streamlined
It's not really supposed to be some generic bad experience at the start of the isekai, but more like the climax of the volume.
