I'm really curious to see where you're going with this story - it seems like you're writing from a place of deep thoughts. It might be easier to follow if there were less "noises". Don't take them all out, just cut them back because it distracts from the story. The story is all....

At first I loved the action in this. But the descriptions went on and on, phrases sometimes repeating, so eventually I lost interest and just skipped to the end. I wonder if the middle sections were edited more, would that retain the tension and excitement better?
