This feels a bit like an acid trip to me while trying to watch a documentary on SCPs. It's both disturbing and weird at the same time, which seems to be the atmosphere you are going for.
The style feels like it needs a bit of cleaning up. The shifts in narration, particularly when the gruesome first scene switches to a list of Phys, can be a bit of a drag to read through. Especially since the focus seems to be on Alyosha. Jumping from third to first person so quickly isn't ideal either.
I would almost say that having those one of the Phy logs at the end of each chapter could be a better place for them, as they seem to be a creative, fun tease of strange beings, while not bogging down the opening of a story.
