wow, emotional. I can't wait to read the next chapter
great story but you had a few grammar errors if u don't mind I can tell u where so that you can fix them if you want. But overall great story I think that you should add a few more elements such as lightning as it would never have been seen before or you can have an effect of 2 elements since water could be used to manipulate the clouds since lightning can be an effect of 2 elements being used at once such as the air moving the clouds above their heads and the water in the clouds rubbing together to make lighting I think that sort of effect could be a great addition but you don't have to add it as it's only a suggestion.
great job grabbing my attention but I couldn't help but to wonder how the MC looked like before he was killed (that could have been a good opportunity to have a recollection moment later. ;) )

yeah ive been testing with a few different styles and i think the new one i am using is working better as trying to follow the people talking. but anyways thanks for the comment it is well appreciated

yeah its a great anime I'm not sure about the manga because I don't read manga but the basics of it are that these people are called ghouls and they aren't known to the public but they eat people to survive because normal human food poisons them and tastes horrible to them so and the MC finds a girl he likes but shes secretly a ghoul and yeah watch it if you want to learn more cause I don't want to spoil it for people but yeah its similar to Tokyo ghoul but also kinda original
ehh sounds too much like unobtainium lol XD so maybe they figure out what the renegades are made out of then either backwards engineer what they are made out of or they hold one of the renegades hostages and basically torture them to find a weakness? I let u think of that but good story though it's not like anything I've seen before besides Tokyo ghoul but still different
this is a damn great story so far but I have an itch that the humans figure out a substance that can kill them and defend themselves against the renegades
