Ah, I see now. So Fukuyama set the series events that lead to Ace getting doxxed. 😯 Jaime really seems like the kind of dude that doesn’t get any action lmao. Props to Ace for not giving up on his love, time to talk-no-jutsu granddaddy.
This might be my favorite chapter so far. The roundtable discussion, and all the different personality types waging psychological warefare and then you have Thundrakar who just wants to fight 😂 And fight they shall.
I may have to give things a good reread to put myself back in the moment once you’ve fully finalized everything, but it seems like things are on the right track with the overarching goal having changed.
Honestly, I like the change. from a standpoint of developing wholesome romance between two characters, it’s better to have it start early. (and I’m not just saying that because best grill 😚) Just a heads up you’ve got two different incorrect spellings of Charlotte in the group of paragraphs with the reveal.
Akio is being so brave, walking into “enemy” territory. 🐈 What an adorable name for an animal shelter, and they even get their own little uniforms. 💕 He clearly cares about Yuki a lot to be there, but I hope he doesn’t pass out…
We have our classic star-crossed lovers scenario, and Kwan speaking pure facts. That’s all any guy truly wants 😭 I’m a sucker for scenes like the one at the playground, but that last line hit like a truck lmao.

I went to one of those arcades in a giant Don Quijote in Japan, and I was terrible at those rhythm games 😂 They gave my hands rugburn. Now I see why all the pros wear gloves 🧤
Somehow, I feel like the royal palace is an even more dangerous proposition than the inquisition library 😅📚 As long as there’s not a barrier it should be possible. This gave me heavy Riften thieves guild vibes, a lot of fun.

I love dialogue about his sister bad mouthing a zombie into retirement 😂 I just imagined them giving zombie PowerPoint presentations. 🧟♂️ I’m looking forward to the convention, somehow I feel like Haruhi’s inner otaku is going to emerge…

“Why can’t my heart seem to calm down?” I might have an idea why. 🤭 But holy cow, the universe is trying to correct course 🌟 Does that mean there’s another Madam Claire-type meddler out there making someone else’s dreams come true? 👀 Nice cliffhanger at the end, but like Katsuhito said… That means I have to wait for more. 😭
I love the same “outset” as a starter adventurer town, it just fits so well. 👏 Every time I read a LitRPG like this my brain defaults to “it should have been ME!” the world just sounds like a lot of fun. Sorry Hanako… But I’m on the Mabel best girl train now, full speed ahead.
I read this yesterday, and didn’t get to comment but I like Keith’s family dynamic. He seems to be a lot like his dad, and they share the same passion for basketball 🏀 Keith really slipped up at the end though 😂 that’s a certified thirst trap photo lol
