THIS IS REALLY SWEET!!!
I love how the main character falls in love with Apatheia's appearance; and therefore falls in love with herself and with life once more. The themes are clear and you do so without having to monologue.
Nice job! You should be proud of writing such a tight short story.
My own personal quirk is that while I love the repetition of "eh, sure, whatever," I'd like a different title - just because I find Apatheia's character much more compelling, and (ironically) care about her so much!
