Why didn't Masaru mention THAT SOMEONE DIED?! These people's survival instincts make no sense. How can you ignore something like all that banging, and screaming he was doing? What if Masaru had a gun, and started using it? There's no way people would just ignore something like that.

This whole ignoring thing reminds me of Another. You've done an amazing job. And I hope you consider this a compliment, but I need to take a break from this story. I'll try to finish reading it before the public judging, but I need to flush my system before I lose my mind! 😱

That was insane! What happened to 'serve and protect?' I've never heard of any restrictions on who can file a missing person report.
