Haru doesn't dislike Kasumi. He just finds his rhythm completely disrupted by her, which also happens when he is around Grace. The difference here is that Haru knows Grace will accept him, but he's more skeptical about a 'real girl'.

Thanks for coming around again, Harmi! (Haven't forgotten you, just was waiting for the novel to finish since you mentioned that it would be soon. I'll slowly grind through it as I finish my draft 😅)

I'm glad to see that it hits you with a certain weight. It's something that I've been trying to really work on in my stories - making it grip people and toss them like a pendulum.
