I like the humanizing of the goddess. Feels very much like the abrahamic and Buddhist religions where the divine started as or had a period as a simple mortal.

oh yes. get ready. in many ways the most intense scene of the entire story thus far is about to happen. I loved introducing Vraxlyn like this though. she’s a straight up horror movie villain at first.
