YES! We got justice for Erika!
This is the perfect ending for her character, and I'm so fricking glad I decided to read this last chapter on those grounds alone.
As for the others. . .
I love how their uniqueness showed throughout this. Sachiko and Maeko's logic behind their decision is so unusual and so beautifully them. Hina and Yasu's story is both familiar and foreign, especially in this chapter.
All in all a great story, one I am more than happy to have read through.

Oh, the phrasing is excellent, especially in the political parts. Carefully worded phrases, precise, intentional moves on both sides, those were absolutely perfect, specifically for an event that would be on blast to the world if ANYTHING went wrong.

Sachiko is wonderful at making hard choices. Many wouldn't have done what she did for Amaya.
And that ending? She knows damn well what could result from it, but she also understood what would happen if she didn't.

I'm completely with Sachiko. You should never reveal your hand so quickly. Honestly, I don't really see much of a 'line crossed either. She trusted Yasu with the information, both of them knowing how such information could prove useful later. In a matter so important, I'd be pissed if it got leaked, too.
