This chapter was nothing short of spectacular. From start to finish, it was emotional and action-packed and I loved it.
Koori's flashback..l. The glimpse of her mother, in that moment of cataclysm… amazing.
seeing Koori shift from fear to that fierce determination was an incredible character moment.
I could picture the fight choreography. The Frostfire Surfer maneuver, the synchronized movements, the thermal shockwave counter… great action, very cinematic.
And Mitsuki in the stands! I just love her.
The final image of them standing together in the arena, surrounded by the roaring crowd, breathless but victorious, the best. They’ve passed their first real test.
Phenomenal chapter!
