So some notes on the untranslated Japanese in this chapter:
• "Yononaka, hokahoka nanoyo." is a *kaibun* which is a Japanese equivalent to the palindrome. It loosely translates to "the world is a cozy place". I went for this because I couldn't find a good English palindrome that would achieve the same effect. Ironic, considering what is revealed when the door opens...
• Jigoku-no-Arashi-no-Tsurugi is the Cursed Treasures equivalent to the Kusanagi-no-Tsurugi, one of the three Sacred Treasures of Japan. Its name translates to "Sword of the Hellish Storm".
