ah yes. there was always something mysterious about the way she talked about senna. being her aunt would make a lot of that make more sense lol
Intriguing. I was wondering if this would take a turn into real magic. But it seems this is more modern mysticism than actual magic. very intriguing.

I am glad to see our boy not only develop as a character but do it in a way that feels tangible and relatable. I've been in his shoes and I know the struggles to move on with life like this. Your work is just so damn poignant, I just can't help myself.
interesting way to look at Fortune Telling in the course of this story. And a much more nuanced and mature writing of it. Color me impressed with your skills.

I am going to agree with harmonica here. There is a depth to the story while we are still on the surface. And your style of writing is handling it very well. I shall be reading more.
I am intrigued. The premise is catching and the mystery alluring.

Interesting start. Very good use of dialogue to keep me reading. Looking forward to what this all means for the story going forward.
