I did play baseball but nothing out of elementary school so no clue about anything higher level than that.

I have not ever had to do physical therapy. I have worked inside of one before, as a technician on the electrical/data lines and only for like a couple of weeks. So most of my experiences are there and from videos I watched online. If you have any insight, I would love to hear from you.
