Charlotte is in the building! I like the way the story is progressing, there's a definite feeling of progress being made here now that you've outlined that Honey has to defeat the pawn, the rook, the bishop, the knight, the queen, and the king. One thing I'd do is try to hype them up more in one go, like I did with the Big Five in Slashers, so the reader can look forward to their arrival.
I've decided I'm going to stop daily posting. I was up until 4am last night trying to get the latest chapter done, so obviously this way of doing things isn't working for me. I've done 20k words of the 45k words, so I'm just going to write the rest in one go an then release the rest over however much time I have left in the competition then. I'll continue reading the Midnight King though.
