'Clap clap clap!' Well done, Nellien! You completed the whole novel! I'm afraid the open ending will have to stay the way it is until I know where I stand with the competition. Either I don't get selected/get knocked out of the competition/don't get picked by Kodansha and finish the story or I get picked by Kodansha and the ending will be in the second volume of the manga, I suppose. Jack is...complicated. You wont find much in the way of the macabre throughout the story since it's supposed to be for the 13+ shonen demographic. It's mostly an action comedy like you say. Thanks for the compliment and your readership.
