I'm going to be honest, the concept isn't particularly for me, nor is the slice of life angle that seems to be going on here.
However, the environments are fairly well described, the character's dynamics are clear, and I'm sure that people closer to the target audience would enjoy the everyday hijinks that are going on as well as the plot threads that are being seeded.
For my personal tastes specifically though, the chapter is both too intimidatingly long and also doesn't establish the kind of densely-paced plot I usually prefer, so I'm going to be of little use critiquing forward.
