Defintely gave me “Subaru entering the loothouse” vibes at the end with the suspense. His other-world welfare program is similar too, a dead phone that he can’t eat or drink. I look forward to what happens next.

Interesting character dynamic going on between the leads. I was worried after the cliffhanger (literally in this case) but it worked out. The “I hate you too” line took me by surprise, but it worked.
