For one moment I thought that first line said "Tsuno lost" and I was about to cry 😭 then I realized it was Takachiho! Still sad for Haruki but so glad it wasn't another Tsuno loss!!!

Takashi and Nao though, that promise of many kisses when the parents aren't looking? 😏 hehe~ (I am so sorry 🤭)

But before that! The match against Nobeoka!! "Breathe. Think. And go!" Takashi is focused right where he needs to be!

Hai-chan 😭 ...she got hit with a scam email didn't she? Oh no she's off to follow her Nigerian Prince!!! (Or well, Pirate King in Australia!) I hope she'll be okay!

Wait the manager brings up the Pirate King too? 😂 I am now wondering if it's just trending, or if there actually is a Pirate King in town!

Manager-san being a mochi-selling, yakuza-like, really nice guy who runs a bakery is absolutely adorable 😭💕 I love gruff guy characters who secretly have a heart of gold.

The scene with the grandpa though :( 💔 I know that struggle. I used to work as a doctor's tech in a nursing home and...it never got any easier, really. I feel for Ru-kun 😣 and that story about the Grandma and the tree was so touching too. I wasn't ready for these feels!! (But I really enjoy it. Seriously, you managed to make that work so well and it hit my emotions with goosebumps!!)

I want Ru and Yada to have misadventures trying to restore the garden, and bring grandpa to see it one day ☺️

I'm glad Aika seems supportive of Haruki's growing crush 🥰 I thought Aika might be a rival, but maybe she'll be more of a wingwoman!! (Especially since Aika and Ayumi are already friends.)

I immediately wish I had a Mr. Izumiya teaching astronomy at my school. He sounds like one of those cool teachers that really loves what they teach!! 🌠

But yeah, the parent detail about Haruki's life really should be his to reveal to people, not Yujiro's. I understand why Yujiro said it, but I also see why Haruki got mad :( it's a rough spot for all of them as friends.

Hmm 🤔 Jessica's hand is calloused, huh? I have drawing callouses on my thumb and index finger (along with a few scars 🤣 from sculpture and other projects that used power tools and knives.) But I am interested to find out what caused her whole hand to have callouses!!
