Not sure if this is intentional or not, but I've noticed that with the formatting, you tend to indent things at times, other times not. I wouldn't say it's detrimental to the novel, but it can be a tad irritating on the eyes for some. My recommendation would be to fix it, but you don't have to if you don't want to.

Author's Commentary #531:

Time to talk about Chapter 531: Sleepy Mimoko.
Obviously by the special tag for this chapter, it's clear I'm not doing heavy story stuff. That being said, this is sort of like a volume bonus thing.

I feel like Bad Girl is the main inspiration behind this as the episodes often feature a segment at the end where the narrator talks about a character and what their life is like in a certain scenario. This was actually a last-minute thing as since I'm too tired to do the character lists or do the Pre-6B chapters, I thought this would be a good substitute. It was easy to write too, so expect more chapters like this.

Time to talk about Chapter 530: The new top 10 best games in the series list.
Here it is, the updated top 10 best games in the series list. I'll admit, I didn't go back and do in depth analysis on every game, as I kind of wanted to get this one out. One thing I'm glad about though is that I did the list after both Season 8 and the special game from Chapter 525.

Me doing the old list before Season 5 was easily a big misstep on my part, but to be fair, I did want to do that stuff at the time and Season 5 wasn't finished yet. At least now it along with all the other seasons and games after it have been factored into this list.

Pretty much, though I did promise throughout the course of Season 7 that I would make a list like this. In terms of main story stuff, my main focus is on the contest so until that story's done, I probably won't start Season 9. I might even put the series on a 1 month break once August is over. But there's always a chance I change my mind and do a side story or two.

Time to talk about Chapter 529: The new top 10 worst games in the series list.
It's finally here... performing for you... I had to do it, OK. Most of the typical offenders, aka Numakawa games plus One Wrong Move from the first list are back. Joining them are some of the games from the top 10 worst games of Season 7 list along with a Numakawa game from Season 5 and the Jackie game from Season 7 I forgot about.

Perhaps the most notable exclusion compared to the first list is the first Yuusuke vs Zanni game from Season 1. Looking back on it, it really wasn't that bad, considering thematically it made sense.

Time to talk about Chapter 528: The top 10 worst games of Season 7.
Some of these might surprise you, but others shouldn't. The bottom part of the list is more so games that are fundamentally good, but that just had such negative production cycles for me that I added them to the list.

The top entries I genuinely hated making especially the Alouette game. I'm not kidding when I say it'll be the 2nd worst game overall, so I guess that does spoil a bit about that list. Regardless, I hope you enjoy seeing it soon.

These first few chapters are meant to be hectic, though things will calm down next chapter. As for the goblin bit, I decided to edit it to tone it down. I know this might be much, but if you feel like rereading the chapter, I'd be happy to hear if you think things are better. And for future reference, I welcome reader opinions on whether they thing something goes a bit too far and needs to be toned down, so feel free to let me know about that stuff for future chapters.
