When I read "her body finally giving out" I actually smacked my desk thinking you were gonna give us a "Grace is gone forever ending." Her consciousness being preserved and her becoming a "real" dream fairy might actually be the nicest ending I could think of, so thank you for having mercy on our souls.
I know I said this last chapter, but I'm gonna miss this story a lot. I didn't expect a web novel to grab me by the heartstrings and refuse to let go until the very end, but Grace did that, and it did it beautifully.
I sincerely hope you're proud of what you've written, because I'm glad to have had a chance to read it
