The second book has her facing that demon and overcoming it, but it takes a lot of personal growth and help from friends. The Epilogue is from the final book where she gains control but has to face incredible enemies while figuring out what it means to be royal and in love. If course that's when she finally picks her prince. Hoping to write it all out soon.
