Ohh, we finally get to see how the whole "child soldier recruitment" thing works. It's interesting and disturbing at the same time.

And now someone officially knows that Elian is one of them, even though he tried to keep it a secret for so long...

Kaia not being bothered by this at all fits her really well, tho I'm not sure how the rest of the tribe would react... 🤔 (the pups would love it no doubt)

I rlly love the concept of a "cart town" btw. Too bad we didn't get to see any of it, but maybe next chapter?

I rlly love these city stroll/resupplying chapters! especially the realism with the bow/arrow supplies :3

It was cute to see Elian get all homesick while thinking and talking about their tribe... it really shows that this has become his home after all.

And its a good thing they found a way to warn them about the buggers thanks to Beohr (Rlly hope they're doing well over there!)

Hard to say. All we know is what we saw in the fight from the prologue, where it seemed like they had already done everything they could... Maybe there was another way, maybe there wasn’t. In the end, none of the heroes were able to stop Haku from doing it... :/

So cool that you caught on to the meaning of Shuisu, btw! <3 Yeah, it really does come from the Chinese "shui" for water. The "-su" is just a meaningless addition I thought would fit well, bcs I didn’t want to go with Chi/Ki or some kinda asian mana equivalent, but sth unique :3
