A food market alway bears the risk of imminent bankruptcy with her around xD

And yeah, Haku changed. But does that mean she no longer needs her foundational reason for living?

We'll soon find out...

It’s probably easier for her to convince herself that everything will be fine, bcs the alternative (the possibility that telling the truth could destroy Haku and their relationship) is too terrifying for her...

Yeah, I thought about Katz joining them, but I don’t want the party to accumulate permanent members too easily.

I’m trying to make every encounter with new people matter tho, so they don’t just feel like npcs. Some of them might even reappear later in their journey, so maybe we will see Katz again at some point :3

Geez, now there are flying buggers too?! Things just seem to be getting worse and worse. They rlly need to think of something to stop them... Maybe humans, dwarves, and Lycans could join forces against them 🤔

It was so heartbreaking when Kaia gave that sad little shake of her head 😭 I mean, I get it, it’s for the greater good, but letting those humans die without doing anything must be unbearable... Poor Elian...

Interesting.
I also assumed that sorcerers appeared more or less on a schedule, like every century or so. The fact that their existence is tied to that of a big state/hegemony, which in turn is connected to the kind of magic they create, is quite the twist

I'm glad the 'jealousy' gag landed xD I figured Haku would never say anything (I don’t think she even understands why she did it).
And its true, the more they grow attached to each other, the more its gonna hurt ...

Since he tends to be rather reserved about his feelings it’s hard to say. Maybe he’s worried that bringing it up could destroy their party? Or maybe he wants to give Pan the chance to bring it up herself? (We will get a bit closer to the answer in the next chapter :3 )

That makes sense.
I guess the only question left is whether Luna herself would be on board with this, but in the end, there probably isn’t much of a choice 🤔

Luna is an interesting choice to succeed Tanur. But why her? I get that she’s young and brings a fresh perspective, but she’s also inexperienced. Why can’t Fain just do it? Is it really so bad if another Sanoor takes over? Forcing Luna into that role kinda feels like Silje was forced into hers...

You're definitely onto something regarding the secret All I can say is, it probably won’t remain a secret for much longer...

Considering how rarely she gets visitors, she's probably happy about any opportunity to flex xD

Yep, by now they actually fight like a team, and it’s not just Haku anymore (tho she’s still the one who has to land the killing blow most of the time, especially when they’re up against tougher enemies) :3

Looks like Aperystl was quite the place back then, before an angry sorcerer decided it was time for a rainy day... or century
