It's like a shakey respectful between the mayor and Enne. xD
The surnames are a nod to two historical figures, French feminist, Simone de Beauvoir and the late-Colombian leftist populist, Jorge Eliecer Gaitan.
The original drafts were pretty barren, so I added Rita for a few reasons. The city has the Bouvire siblings as its de facto protectors, but it has a representative council. Rita was elected by the people, although backed by Mathias. THere's a lot more to it, but it does reflect some lightly touched issues of today.
