So much exposition.... I suppose that's the minimum needed for the Apple of Life, but there was just so much.
It's cool that Kondo is learning magic using her knowledge of science, but I think you went a little overkill. It was hard to keep interest throughout the whole chapter.

One last thing, I was excited to find out about Kondo's soul and origin throughout the novel, but the World God just figured it out instantly and told us everything. I just think that was a lost opportunity.

Anyway. I'ma keep reading. I'm curious to see what'll happen with the drama between Gods.

WHEN I GOT REINCARNATED AS A SPIDER WITH MY GODDESS

Interesting, interesting... You've certainly got a good start. I'm excited to see where this all goes.

Also, I'm not sure why, but I totally imagined Casmir and Ulrich as angsty teens before you mentioned their age. Them being ten years old makes a lot more sense. XD

I wanted to mention something before I continue.
At times, you switch from first person to third, and third to first without any sort of transition. What I mean is that sometimes, like during the banquet, we seem to be in a omnipotent view point, but the narrator still uses words like 'me.'

Then there are times where Kondo can see exactly what everyone is doing and knows what they're thinking. Just something odd I noticed.

This is Athena? Goddess of Wisdom and War? Beloved daughter of Zeus? An interesting take on such a well-known character.
I'm curious to see where you take this.

Chapter:3

Feb 21, 2022

I have a question if you don't mind. So the gods will be restricted from using their divine powers except in emergency. Well, I imagine the restriction is for entertainment, but what exactly constitutes an emergency? Can the gods die if they're killed in this new world? What if they just see everything as an emergency? Is there some form of limitation on how many times they can release their power?

Also, I want to pummel that bitch of a kid who said that they just watched and enjoyed Kondo getting bullied.
That's her name right? My memory's not too good.

I can see that. It's actually sparked an interest in me and now I'm conducting research on current and past geopolitics. Mostly in Europe.
Speaking of history, Kuro mentioned wars started over a bucket? And a few other absurd reasons. What wars were those? I have a difficult time believing that and my curiosity has been peaked.

Bold move; taking a pot shot at the U.S. Although you're not wrong, my nationalist personality compels me to use my big stick. That or spew propaganda.

I'm kidding of course.

Kuro really needs some confidence. I think I would be insulted if someone kept refusing to drop formalities and refused to accept a better treatment. Especially after multiple attempts. It's like refusing gifts or friendship.

I hope someone can instill that confidence in him sometime soon. I can totally understand humility because I was the same. But he's getting to the point where it almost seems arrogant. Like he's so adamant in his self-doubt that he refuses to see himself from any other perspective.
And I actually enjoy that. Although he makes me want to punch him, it's a love punch. Like a punch to a friend when they're being stupid. Gotta bring 'em back to reality.

Ah, I mostly meant that tragedy line as a joke. But I guess everyone can't see my notebook. To give you an idea, all of my characters probably view me as a dark god. Just the way I want it. Gooood, gooood. Rise up my subjects. Attempt to overthrow your king! I shall revel in your failure!

Ahem. My dark rulings aside, I actually like the good ending. It was nice to see Keisuke get a win after so many loses. It felt like he earned it and he's not stupid or a bastard. Basically, he deserved a good ending.
And I totally understand the whole 'not a lot of time' thing. After all, I'm pretty sure all of us on Honeyfeed are in the same boat. Except Momentie. I see him literally everywhere. He even managed to get the gold ring. And I thought I was reading a lot!

The Dungeon Party

Chapter:12

Feb 11, 2022

Ha! I got here first for once! Take that Momentie!

Anyway. Nice ending. A little to happy for my tastes, but that's just because I enjoy tragedy too much. It wrapped everything up real fast and effectively and we actually got an explanation for the reincarnation. My only real issue is that the story was too short. But I know it was for the challenge and a month isn't exactly enough time to write a thousand page epic.
If you continue to write more stuff, I'll be sure to check it out.

Also, a side note before I return to the darkness, the idea that the uncle is this giant of a man who just wanders wherever he wants, then starts shouting for his nephew is hilarious. Love that guy. Best character.

Chapter:18

What exactly does healing do? How is it unable to heal someone who's dying? Isn't the whole point of healing to ensure the dying stay living?

I'm just curious as to exactly how healing works.

Feb 08, 2022

Ah, no way. I wasn't expecting a Sabaton name drop in series on Honeyfeed of all places. I love that band!

On another note, Kuro's been getting kinda angry recently hasn't he? Always yelling at nobles, getting into fights. I wonder if that's going to cause any problems here soon.
