His only social circle is pretty just much just his coworkers lol But I'm surprised you point that out more than all the nihilism in this chapter? The nihilism is part of the reason he has difficulty socializing with others.
He's horny and depressed, basically like the MC of Welcome to the NHK. I'm mostly just leaning into the horny right now because not many probably wanna read about depression so early on

Oh hey Tomo, thanks again for reading and giving advice early on. Yeah I'm attempting to foreshadow certain things and leave the window open for others. Not exactly going for the standard romcom-feeling series which might be more apparent in the next chapter 😅

Wow, thanks a bunch for the detailed comment and insights! Yeah don't worry, this chapter was about as ecchi as it'll get and there won't be a harem. Was getting kind of tired of the usual romcoms so decided to give my own take on the genre with this story ahaha Hopefully I can keep up the pace since I'm lagging behind on writing 😅New chapter tomorrow though!

Cougar moment Liking the dialogue so far
I like the name "Pollux", gives me like pollen meshed with cyberpunk vibes. No major problems, apart from mixing past and present tense sometimes. I also recommend trying to start and end your chapters with hooks. Anyways, keep up the good work
