I like this concept a lot, I think it's quite marketable. The text was quite easy to read. My only 'critique' is that I can't help myself but think about the 'angel next door' if I read the name / cover. An unfortunate coincidence I figure...
Haha, this surely changed a lot since I read the first draft. I feel like it was written quite well, and a lot more action-focused than before. Quite interested in what's next :D

Ah so the prologue was turned out to be the teachers lesson. I remember taking the occasional "catnap" in school. The taste awful, don't eat me line made me laugh. Poor Antonio, he deserves better..
Interesting world-building. Glad the consequences of the corruption weren't too bad. I guess we'll learn more about it and the magic box in the following chapters.
