Damn Carmello is so clever. I love that explanation about keeping a close eye on her every move using the analogy of placing salt on the vase of water. It makes so much sense logically, the same idea could easily justify stalking someone or even just staring at them.

I think I was mistaken on one of my earlier comments...the duality of Chiffon's character seems to lie between the balance of elegance and impulse, where there is a third principle which his her true self that lies in the middle. She still has to maintain her elegance as a princess and at the same time control her urges for bloodlust.

Meanwhile, the Tryhard Knight cares not about the balance, rather tries to take on the challenge of managing both sides of her personality.

You have such a flowery way of writing. I'm not the biggest fan of heavily detailed descriptions, but you do it in such a way that makes it easily digestible.

I'm interested in the duality of Chiffon's character. In one hand, she presents herself as the typical pretty elegant princess with a sense of class. On the other hand, she is an immature girl interested in the more masculine tough side of things. These two sides mesh well together, creating a character conflicted with how she must act as a princess and how she wants to act as herself.

I love that you are able to create such beautiful descriptions about Chiffon without making it seem like you're just dragging it out or slowing down the story. It's just the right amount with just the right amount of detail.

Also, is she named after Chiffon Cake? I love Chiffon Cake 😋
