I'm glad to see Kiro is establishing friendships with "monsters". I can see how different it was from the first chapter, where he was basically just treating them as things he can draw.
I've noticed that the appearances of the characters don't seem to matter as much anymore, since we get to have an in-depth look in their personalities through interactions.
For example, I still don't fully get what Lovecleft looks like, but I stopped caring because I was more interested in who he was as a person instead.
At first, I was weirded out by all the bizzare creatures running around this world you've built, but now it just feels so natural to the point where it seems normal or casual.
