Thanks so much for catching up with the story! I hope your break from HF was productive / healing, hoping to read more of your story as it releases! ^^
Happy some of the references popped out at you, hehe. I had a lot of fun writing this chapter because it was just so....silly and almost unnecessary but it's set up for the next chapter. <3
Diane was actually a major character in the original conception of this story (a sci-fi Arthurian epic), and she actually gets focus in the next (and final) arc.
