Pretty good speech by the coach, glad he's not a tyrant obsessed with winning like the coaches I knew in school. :'(
I like this supportive side of Nao, I do want to see more development in terms of how Takashi kind of gets over a lot of his trauma and insecurities about failure and not being able to score when it counts. I think his friends and Nao are super supportive but so far it feels like he's still kind of stuck on first or second base.
This is no longer a romance, it's a bromance.
The ending also made me laugh a little, three men forming a beautiful bond just reminds me of the Peach Garden Oath from Romance of the Three Kingdoms!
Well, at least he's a man about just giving up. I feel like some people would be too stubborn to admit defeat.
Hahahaha, I know some people who also count the minutes in distance to someone's place. It's very cute and adorable.

Thanks! Yeah I think my concept has pretty glaring disadvantages. I thought about how to write this and figured that the narrative voice and how the characters outside of Kyle develop were the most important. Hopefully it's up to people's expectations. ^^

Tea parties ARE boring, I don't know if Isabella's solution of socializing would be the answer but I certainly don't particularly enjoy going to them.
