A filled performance hall, maid outfits, all of it a lofty dream...do I think Haruko is in over her head? If this were reality, absolutely 🤣 but in this fictional world, I'd like to see what Haruko can do!
(Again, yes, abandoning a minor is not legal 🤣 I know anime and television like to ignore this fact, but it IS a crime to just "leave your child alone / kick them out of the house" and you can go to jail for this.)
But finally, the owed date is here!! And Haruko wants to go somewhere big and important. I'd expect no less! 😉
One year, and she'll become a household name. Till then, we're left to wonder about the mystery that is Haruko Arakawa and Naru!
So a bit belated, but congrats on finishing this novel 👏👏👏 and for completing it for the contest!!! 😆 This definitely feels like a prequel, and sets things up for a lot of intrigue in a second book! I have many questions, but I think with an open ending like this you probably *want* your reader to have questions to draw them into the next book! So thank you for writing and sharing!
