So Ryota really IS a simp, darn, Sato was right all along 😆 And boy, do I like Sato, he's my fav character so far, always saying the right thing at the right time. He seems to be able to see even through Mai's cunningness.
And it's even funnier that Ryota gets called Little Poirot, even though he seems the least bright in the trio (I dunno why I'm so mean to him, I'm terribly sorry 😆)
The story is captivating so far, but there are moments when I question the plot's direction. It feels like the convo is switching back and forth quite often, across multiple topics. I'm not saying it's unrealistic, because that's how most high schoolers talk in real-life. Also, with every phrase, we find out something new about our characters, but not enough to clearly point out their personality. For example, is Ryota really smart? Is Mai a 'thief'? Does Sato care... about anything really—initially, Ryota was meant to be the lazy, low-energy one, but I'm now feeling the same vibe about Sato as well?
