Author's Commentary #55:

Time to talk about Chapter 55: The restaurant's 3-month anniversary.
Parts of this chapter did actually appear in the original, however, it was for a chapter celebrating the restaurant's one-year anniversary. There will still be a chapter celebrating the event in the remake, but it will happen much later in the series.

This chapter marks the calm before the final battle. Next chapter, Yuugen returns to the the restaurant.
