I feel like DDR is more of an American thing now, but Taiko seems to be everlasting in Japan. Instead, you have all the weird gimmicky rhythm games now (beatmania, poppin, groove coaster, jubeat, chunithm, wacca, etc.) that seem to just cycle in popularity, lol. Man, I miss being close to a Round 1.
