In general, why I used imagination is simply because... well, it's like us!
We imagine and we create, right?

But... now that you've mentioned that, I happened to finally watch the War of the Rohirrim recently and... yeah, I thought "Hera reminds me of Red" 😅 "That's not too good for originality"
(Perhaps I was subconsciously influenced by the posters? Dunno. In my head, however, red eyes came first, then I picked the hair and the name [those plain names... I do that a lot 😅)

But still, now that I've watched it, I'd say that, if any, Red is more like Helm Hammerhand as a character.

Even to "vibe" toward something that cool is... well, great, to say the least! 😁
In this Red actually hung herself from the outside of the wooden wall and let herself fall down to charge.

As for steel: Sure! There would be characters (such as blacksmiths) able to do something like that. Though, in day-to-day life going the old-fashioned way of acquiring it through trading or even, digging, is more... imagination-cost-free (so they conserve that resource for "bigger" things).

It does, doesn't it?!

I don't know... with my core idea, I feel like the potential's almost limitless.
I could have built a story... a book completely different. And with more thought and time, I would have explored all those possibilities much more.
But still, I don't regret how I finished the whole story (bar the trimming by the end). Plus, I have infinite room for everything left out in the upcoming appendices 😁👍

Well, I did the Dral –> Drael thing already, so... I thought to do it a bit differently for Bastros –> Bastroi

To be quite frank, the -os at the end came by chance... but, yeah, the -oi plural afterwards was quite easy 🤓

You're very descriptive.
I like that about the way you write 👍🏻
How she senses the world around her, what her witty thoughts are, etc.

Of course, then, as a reader, I have to stand in front of a (less) handsome fellow (than myself 😝), who's being praised for his cuteness and... well... okay, I guess I can 'suffer' it for a little while 😅

It's actually not part of my regular kind of ideas... but, generally, with "Isekai" I'm out of my waters anyway.
Had to think outside my usual "box".

But, yeah... they sure are practical!
And, it doesn't actually recover fatigue (or, not as much at least).
It mostly recovers your capacity to practically image/create more stuff in this world.
[That's oughta be Isekai stuff, no? 😅]
