Well, I did the Dral –> Drael thing already, so... I thought to do it a bit differently for Bastros –> Bastroi

To be quite frank, the -os at the end came by chance... but, yeah, the -oi plural afterwards was quite easy 🤓

But, I had so little time, I only read each chapter once, before uploading, to check for errors and see if it had parts that made no sense...

Yeah, I remember how they got there (I think most readers would) and that probably lead them far from the usual Roman stance towards adversity etc.

You're very descriptive.
I like that about the way you write 👍🏻
How she senses the world around her, what her witty thoughts are, etc.

Of course, then, as a reader, I have to stand in front of a (less) handsome fellow (than myself 😝), who's being praised for his cuteness and... well... okay, I guess I can 'suffer' it for a little while 😅

It's actually not part of my regular kind of ideas... but, generally, with "Isekai" I'm out of my waters anyway.
Had to think outside my usual "box".

But, yeah... they sure are practical!
And, it doesn't actually recover fatigue (or, not as much at least).
It mostly recovers your capacity to practically image/create more stuff in this world.
[That's oughta be Isekai stuff, no? 😅]

I really like how you describe both the events and the protagonist’s emotions.
The dialogues are great too — they feel completely believable.
"This can't be how I die" was such a striking line.
And the way her feeling at the end mirrored her dream... part of me expected it, and part of me secretly hoped for it.

If it feels like a last stand and even a wee bit terrifying, then I’m truly glad 😊

As for the Shaded – there are all kinds of them! I leave most to the reader’s imagination on purpose…
But you’re right – they shouldn’t be expected (and that’s what I aimed for) to be as organized as they appeared, marching in ranks as they do. It’s an important detail.
