So, I see the arcade vibes is something common — noted on that! ✍🏻
I guess I know which chapter I should be revisising first, after the contest is over! 😅

But yeah, initially I thought Elias could built that bridge (obviously), but then I had to NOT to, cause I had other plans, and that's why they passed over the chasm that way.

The irony, however —and this is a small reveal— is that (thankfully not more than) HALF of those other plans fell over to the trimmed side of the story 😬

Concerning the huge statue, immediately I thought of the Colossus of Rhodes. But, since this has a head larger than this ship, pedending the ship's size, it could be even bigger. Plus, the Colossus was already gone by that time...

Oh, no!
I suppose I overdid it this time, maybe? 😣
Well, it is in fact one of my most "daring" chapters, to be honest. But, as it was a transition from the Outskirts to the Common Ground... I aimed for something volatile and precarious.

On the comparison point, I promise no Mario inspiration! 🕹️ I was one of those kids who never owned a Game-boy and frankly found those types of games boring (much like I did Tetris, though I can acknowledge the latter considered brilliantly designed by many, if a bit repetitive for my taste).

I'm hoping the atmosphere in the upcoming chapters will click better for you.
