Oh geez. This went hardcore into pain territory, and not the sad type of one. Even if Claire is a teasing vampire, kinda scheming-playful, she does have a heart of gold when it comes to people she does value, in this case, Yuuta and Suzuhara (from what I could infer the last chapter), which means that even if she knows that this is painful for him due to the method, it could mean that what's going to happen next could potentially harm him and she's doing what she can to protect him. Claire Best Girl let's go.
