I don't know what to feel in regards to the "so right and so wrong" but I'll take it as a compliment, haha. And yes, I had to do my research to get everything right and it was an interesting read. Even if the age of content is 13, the Welfare Act, Article 34 states that no indecent conducts shall be made to children. However, if both parents agree on their marriage, it is considered legal (A person who is under 20 years of age cannot get married in Japan without a parent's approval.) In this case, Nobu made a "marriage certificate" which makes their "relationship legal". Nonetheless, Yui uses Article 34 to defend herself, since that law protects her since people under 16 years old are considered children. It's a delicate subject, so I did my best to research all I could.
