I'm sorry for being late on this update. It was amusing to see both so in chemistry when it came to their first impression from Shiori, the shy stalker who has issues approching others for not knowing how friendship works due to bullying. Makes sense why she would try to approach Okumori beliving he was on her same shoes and could find someone who could empathize with her on an emotional level.

In regards to Tomoka... it seems Iwasaki has told Miyake about it. That or she either heard her talk about it with the other guy since they are friends. I'm concerned for Okumori's mental state with all this.

Let's see, this was an interesting lore and worldbuilding intro to what happened to him as well and know some details even he was unaware of!

Sure no worries. Stories tend to have their own pacing, and yes please try not to stress yourself out writing. Take your time and enjoy it!

We have the shy stalker girl, who is also an idol, amazing. The tonal shift between Miyake and Okumori is like day and night. I find it amusing how the love letter was an excuse to talk, yet at the same time, I feel it went too fast given it was out of the blue, even if she was foreshadowed on TV. Nonetheless, in romcoms/comedy segments of these type of stories, these situations are fast and catch you off guard due to how quickly they develop, which is reflected withe Okumori's bewilderment.

I forgot to mention it before but the info Elise gives about Claire is very interesting 'cuz it finally gives a glimps about Claire herself, like who she is, where she came from, her history, even if only the word "kin" and "her" were used, taking away thay veil of mystery she carried and exposing her identity in a superficial sense. I suppose this has to do with the philopshy she has and how she acted against it afger her "mask" was broken with words ;;

That's okay, no need to apologise. I was just unable to read it due to the spacing problem but now I can give it another chance!

Personal reminder that Nobu can be threatening when prompted, even if he is very carefree and a my-pace type of guy, you don't want to mess with that temper of his! And actually an animal? I wonder about that.

Yes, Yuiko's past will continue to be part of the plot, even if she is no longer part of the future, the past always has meaning.

Hmm, the formatting really caught me off my tracks. I get it's trying to be satirical but, satirical in writing itself is a little bit too overwhelming for me. It was a bit confusing when they were speaking or asking. It almost felt like when you talk with your friend on a text message app at certain points.

I see, so Iwasaki had something to do with it after all, specifically with that person who has now passed away. It's as if they three used to be friends for a long time and after that everything broke apart, which is quite sad. I feel sorry for Miyake as well because her curiosity just led her to a mystery that will be hard to untangle due to Okumori's past and him sealing his feelings. I wonder if we'll get to know these two chapters from his POV someday in the future since having them right now would reveal too much about the person who passed away and his relationship with them and Iwasaki. It was a clever move to shift the focus to Miyake since that way, we readers can be as confused and concerned as her, and understand her intentions and perspective in regards to Okumori.

Time-skip, okay I see how it is! So far the narrative is engaging and enticing. I can truly feel I am in Cain's shoes and understand from his point of view how Cielo's work and is divided, as well as its current state of affairs.

Another thing I found interesting was the fact that there is already an ongoing plot with him and Sayuri, which I'm eager to find out as I read along. The black blood was surprising, most likely has to do with what happened in the prologue. I like the peculiar relationship these two have. No awkwardness, just a simple acquaintance relationship that is a breath of fresh air. I could feel the pain as well when it came to the razor blade scene.

Keep up the great work!
