I'm back! I'm sorry for taking my time to read the updates. I'll try my best to get them done today. In any case, the red romance herring of Iwasaki and Kojima is present, or foreshadowing.

His relationshipwith his sister is A1. Nothing of the sort about awkward siblings or not getting along. A pretty ordinary relationship with their bickering and that made it really nice and comfty.

I'm hurt though that all that foreshadowing in regards to what Naoko said got completely ignored by Kojima by beliving Miyake. It's just so sad that that's exactly what's happening. However, the fact that he believed what she said shows he trusts her.

The moment they chattered about what she should get Okumori was charming.

Glad to see you back with an update! I felt this chapter shorter, or it might be because I'm reading from my phone ^^;; In any case it felt like some sort of bridge and guide to know where Josie and Alice will go next, as well as introducing the lore of this world in regards to the failed peace attempt. Interesting that it was proposed by the King of the Nightmare Kingdom, given how some of the members from that nation are behaving. However, it's understandable, they don't know who murdered their King, making them suspicious of the rest of the world.

This little interlude from Kojima was really nice! So he does know who this friend is, which in turn makes me wonder that even if he and Iwasaki studied together, Okumori, Tomoka and Iwasaki were maybe friends from even waaaaay back and didn't attend the same school before.

It's also nice seeing Iwasaki lower her bravado and Kojima making her see how this situation could be easily solved. Of course, that doesn't guarantee things will be all rose and peachy, however the burden on her would ease of her words and apology is sincere and comes from the heart.

This insight about her coming from Kojima was lovely instead of prying into her POV and getting the answers.

I'm sorry for being late on this update. It was amusing to see both so in chemistry when it came to their first impression from Shiori, the shy stalker who has issues approching others for not knowing how friendship works due to bullying. Makes sense why she would try to approach Okumori beliving he was on her same shoes and could find someone who could empathize with her on an emotional level.

In regards to Tomoka... it seems Iwasaki has told Miyake about it. That or she either heard her talk about it with the other guy since they are friends. I'm concerned for Okumori's mental state with all this.

We have the shy stalker girl, who is also an idol, amazing. The tonal shift between Miyake and Okumori is like day and night. I find it amusing how the love letter was an excuse to talk, yet at the same time, I feel it went too fast given it was out of the blue, even if she was foreshadowed on TV. Nonetheless, in romcoms/comedy segments of these type of stories, these situations are fast and catch you off guard due to how quickly they develop, which is reflected withe Okumori's bewilderment.

I forgot to mention it before but the info Elise gives about Claire is very interesting 'cuz it finally gives a glimps about Claire herself, like who she is, where she came from, her history, even if only the word "kin" and "her" were used, taking away thay veil of mystery she carried and exposing her identity in a superficial sense. I suppose this has to do with the philopshy she has and how she acted against it afger her "mask" was broken with words ;;
