I hated how the entire date sequence was supposed to be cute and heartwarming but I couldn’t help but thought *something* was wrong, and then the drawings confirmed it. A beautiful display of different ideals to further setup Ai as a foil to Kiro (even if I personally feel that you could just stop at the description to really invoke thoughts into the readers)
Should have absorbed Drizzle first, that’ll get some good Thunder going

Never thought I’d see exploration of the human nature in a romcom, but here we are. This brings a lot more to the table with the cast having to finding out their strengths and flaws while cupid guides them (forcefully). Good dynamics just waiting to be discovered

While I do think that the old flair made this a lot more unique and fun, I think that this style is quite nice too. More "standard" if you would say, but it could help highlight some of the deeper undertones of GEP that people might not notice behind the old quippy banter. Still intrigued to see where it might go from here.
