Pretty solid opening I would say. Although the dialogue is a bit much to me, with a lot of tags used within the same speech breaking the pacing quite a bit, the story looks promising so far. Granted I was more in the camp of having her just oblivious to Earth rather than her being royalty, but so far it works nonetheless.
A bit of a gripe I have with the story, however, is how easy it was for Minato to just believe Sakura like that. I feel like there could be more conflict here and setup for a future invasion that would add more to their characters, while having Minato being skeptical all the time would lead to more funny situations imo.
Still, good start, interesting hook, would continue.
