Mmm... First I agree that the me-word *ahem* that ''moon'' is a very likable word uwu✨
So, interesting to know there's a reason and which one behind that choice. I kinda understand where you're coming from.
Now hum hum, idk. After all.... To continue with your example, doens't ''three moons'' sound already movie-like? Like, your point is in a sense valid since an adult non-fan of fantasy would drop a smile ( these smiles meaning ''Ahh. Sweet, but I don't believe you'' ) to a child telling him a supposed ''memory'' with made-up names for instance. Credibility speaking.
But if you think about it, if you make a dream with many specific names, customs and whatever specific to this other world, isn't it impressive? I mean wouldn't it have been more logical for Ina's brain to insert words she's used to? Thus can't it be seen as *more* believable in a sense? And the MC could wonder ''Hey, how would I have been able to imagine all these details if it was just a dream?", and that would be a way to play with it.
Just my own point of view, but I don't think part of the names being from reality and part made-up make it more believable. Dreams we make are often incoherences-filled, so you could even say the mixed part makes it less believable to someone having such ''memory''
Well, in the end it's just a word and your choice ofc :3 and there's plenty of ways to make the world-building more likely. For instance with Raiona having Earth memories... Imagine the Princess wishes for one of her past birthdays for the xxxxx (nightstars of other original name) to be renamed ''moons''. By royal decreeeeee.... *Giggles*
