Okay, yes, I am taking a break from Honeyfeed I promise 🤣 but I'm still looking at my notifs every now and again, and opening newly published chapters into a tab group on my phone, so I can catch up with them on Tuesday.
But when you post a chapter titled like THAT? On what is quickly becoming one of my favorite stories?? And it's a Theo chapter??? I ain't waiting till Tuesday 😤
The theatrical comparison here is just so visually stunning. I love imagining them on stage, with the mask trying to pull the curtain down, and make Theodore forget.
I was curious who this flame-haired man was, but it looks like...uh 😭 theo maybe shot him out of jealousy. Maybe that's why they forced away Cherry's memories too. She might have been too overcome with grief over the death of her lover (killed by the hands of her friend) that she wasn't able to function. So they had to lock her memories away.
And yet, Cherry is still the one to pull Theo back from the brink. Her smile just helps him stay sane 🥺💔 I'm afraid these memories are ones they *need* to get back, but ones that might really hurt to remember 😭 but it's time to break these masks and figure things out!!
