Excited for more of Hai-chan then!! And yeah, if you're feeling a bit stuck, a break can be a good thing c: give your mind some space from the project. Sometimes ideas for a story can come from the most random everyday things! 😂
And no worries 👍 I posted that comment publicly knowing full well other people might read it 🤣 I really appreciate your kind words and encouragement!! I really love writing, and I think what I make is good ✨ It's just that the publishing field is highly competitive, and requires social skills to deal with agents, editors, etc. 😔 They also all want you to have a website, promote your work online, do Twitter and all that.
I'm trying right now to work on my ability to talk about my writing objectively. As well as accepting criticism, editing, and rejection. And expanding my comfort with social media. 🤞 It's little steps, but I'm getting there! And just knowing someone out there would like to read my published book one day...well, it's a really awesome feeling. So thank you 💕
