Slowly growing to like Kasumi more and more 💕 I'm so glad she's just as silly and goofy as Haru, and seems to genuinely like his antics. (Poor Haru though 😭 I know what it's like to get nervous and suddenly go over-the-top to try to interest people...and then afterwards it's like "why?? Why did I do thaaaat?")

But hitting her with the "just friends" line 😏 Kasumi thought they were more~?

I'm glad my feedback could help 😁 I'm always happy to support other authors and give feedback when I have time.

If the contest doesn't matter too much to you, then I wouldn't limit yourself to the "Romance" genre 🤗 think about what stories excite you in general! Fantasy? Mystery? Suspence? Slice of Life?

The biggest battle in writing (in my opinion) is crafting an engaging story -- and then actually sitting down and writing it, beginning to end.

I cannot even count how many stories I started writing, only to never finish 😭 I've got hundreds. I think I wrote my first story beginning to end when I was in college. It wasn't even that good of a story, but I was just happy to complete something!!

That's why I think finding your motivation is the bigger battle here! The technical side of your writing is good! Now for the plotline 💪

And I would be very happy if you read my novel 🤗 but only if you want! It is a silly story 🤣 but I hope it can make people smile!

I find this a really interesting start, and as someone who lives with chronic sound sensitivities, I can relate. Headphones are a blessing, and I recently found out about some specialty ear plugs for helping filter certain sound frequencies for when I NEED to hear (like when driving.)
